Abstract
PT. Loka Refractory Wira Jatim is a manufacturing company that produces refractory stones. In carrying out its production activities, PT. Loka Refractory Wira Jatim has never carried out any supply chain management performance measurement activities, so it is never known whether there are activities that are less efficient in their activities. Supply Chain Management is the planning and coordination of all the people, processes, and technologies involved in creating corporate value. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of performance of the company’s supply chain management so that suggestions for improvements can be obtained to minimize existing problems. Performance measurements were carried out using the SCOR model and the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. From the research, the result is that the overall performance of the company’s SCM was 69,25 which was included in the average category. There are 6 KPIs out of 15 KPIs that are indicated to be problematic and have low performance values, in the plan process there are indicators of raw material planning, production planning, and planning cycle time, while in the make process there indicators of yield, product defect from production and the number of equipment maintenance.
