Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer satisfaction using factor analysis methods and using SPSS software at PT PLN UP3 South Surabaya. With the satisfaction of the needs of customers, it has a positive impact for the company. If the consumer is satisfied with a product, of course, the consumer will always use the product continuously. From the output of the research carried out, the following results were obtained, namely, from the 11 reduced variables, two factors were obtained. From the picture above shows that in component 1 the correlation value is 0.713 > 0.5; component 2 correlation value 0.713 > 0.5. Because there are no components below 0.5, the factors formed are said to be appropriate in summarizing the 11 variables. The results of this study are expected to be an addition for the company so that it can continue to make customers satisfied
