Abstract
PPKM Mikro is a topic that is being discussed by the publics. Pros and Cons filled the discussion room regarding PPKM mikro, especially on Twitter. The purpose of this study is to map the communication network formed in the process of disseminating information related to PPKM Mikro during the Covid-19 virus outbreak on Twitter. The research uses communication network analysis which consists of three levels of analysis, namely the level of system analysis, the level of actor analysis, and clustering. Data is taken with the period from February 1 to March 3, 2021. The results of this study bring up a total of 6474 nodes and 7131 edges with a density value of 0.0001, a distance value of 1, and a diameter of 3. The PPKM Mikro communication network shows an influential actor based on the degree centrality value, namely @detikcom. Clustering gave rise to three large groups, each group having a different discussion. Cluster 784 is about media reporting on PPKM Mikro, cluster 160 is protesting against PPKM mikro policies, and cluster 4200 is protesting against the rules that apply PPKM mikro.
