Abstract
PT. PELNI is a company that has a main focus on passenger transportation business services. Information related to passengers is an important thing for the company, so there needs to be an Executive Information Sysem to monitor the performance of the company in which has flexibility. This can be achieved by developing an Executive Information Sysem with speech recognition and adhoc query. Therefore, a system was created to implement the Internal Voice Recognition System and Adhoc Query features in Executive Information System at PT. PELNI. The stages of constructing this system begins with data collection and processing, analysis and system requirements design that produce system design include interface design, system architecture design involving dialog flow as human-computer interaction technology based on sound and text, database design and dialog flow scenario design to the implementation of program code and system testing. There are some excellent features built into this system, among them there are voice features that allow users to provide commands via voice commands and adhoc query features to provide flexibility to users in customizing the choice of reports they want to see, It is also expected to help executive performance in the passenger transportation business while providing a different experience in obtaining information.
