Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has caused social distancing where people have limit activities outside the home directly. To meet their needs, people shop online more often. This online shopping involves courier services so that orders reach consumers. The shipping service companies that are best known by the public are JNE and J&T. This study aims to find out how the consumer profile of JNE and J&T service users in Surabaya, in addition to knowing if there is a difference in consumer perception of the quality of service and price in JNE and J&T in Surabaya. Sampling techniques in this study using purposive samplingtechniques, with data collection techniques by disseminating questionnaires. The population in this study is a kosumen user of JNE and J&T in Surabaya at least three times in the last six months. The results of this study showed that the different tests using mann whitney test on service quality variables produced and variable price made the decision obtained was H0 rejected and H1 received. With the conclusion of H1.1 there are differences in the quality of service at expedition services companies JNE and J&T in Surabaya and H1.2 terdapat differences in prices at expedition services companies JNE and J&T in Surabaya.
