Abstract
Human resources are the main asset for the company, human resources with good performance will be able to manage other resources that can support the company's business activities. The performance of human resources can be measured through periodic performance appraisals. This research is based on the application of performance appraisals according to ISO standards that have been carried out by the Populer Clinical Laboratories at the Head Office which are then developed in its branch offices. This study aims to determine differences in the performance of employees of the Laboratorium Klinik Populer at the Surabaya Head Office and the Tuban Branch Office. This type of research is a quantitative research conducted using the comparative analysis method. The population chosen by the researcher was employees of the Laboratorium Klinik Populer in Surabaya and the Tuban Branch Office with the entire population as the sample using saturation sample / census sampling technique. Based on the results of the comparative test carried out through the F test and t test, it can be seen that there is an insignificant difference between the performance of the employees of the Laboratorium Klinik Populer of the Surabaya Head Office and the Tuban Branch Office.
