Abstract

Indonesia is one of the third countries with the highest prevalence of stunting in the Asian region. So that the government focuses on public health problems, the main focus of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia is the handling of stunting and maternal mortality. Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to malnutrition, especially during the first 1,000 days of life (HPK). Based on electronic recording data and communitybased nutrition reporting (e-PPGBM), it is known that Sidoarjo Regency is the region with the highest number of stunting in East Java. The conclusion of the implementation of the principles of good governance according to UNDP has been implemented and continues to run, but there are still some principles that have not worked well, so that the results obtained are not optimal.
