Abstract
This research aims to determine the direction of young voters' attitudes in Surabaya City towards Ganjar Pranowo's personal branding on Tiktok. The focal point of this study is the Tiktok account @ganjarpranowo, which serves as one of Ganjar's platforms for constructing personal branding as a presidential candidate. Surabaya, with 53% of young voters registered in the Surabaya City Electoral Roll, can be considered representative of the national youth voter demographic, constituting 52% of the national Electoral Roll. The research focuses on assessing young voters' attitudes in three dimensions: cognitive, affective, and conative. The research methodology employed is quantitative, utilizing a questionnaire for data collection from 100 respondents selected through proportional random sampling. Data analysis is conducted using frequency distribution. The findings indicate that young voters exhibit a positive cognitive response to Ganjar's personal branding at 77%, an affective response at 76%, and a conative response at 52%. Cumulatively, the overall direction of young voters' attitudes in Surabaya City towards Ganjar Pranowo's personal branding on Tiktok is 71%. This suggests that respondents possess knowledge, positive feelings, and an interest in Ganjar Pranowo's personal branding on Tiktok.
