Abstract
The development of technology in the digital era has a significant impact on Human Resource Management (HRM), particularly in addressing the challenge of high employee turnover. This research investigates the influence of factors such as transformational leadership, financial compensation, and work environment on employees' intention to leave. The study is focused on Dina Acupuncture & Beauty Care Clinic in Surabaya & Sidoarjo. The study involves the entire population of 60 employees at Dina Acupuncture & Beauty Care Clinic in Surabaya & Sidoarjo. Data collection methods include interviews, questionnaires, and literature reviews using a quantitative approach. Data analysis employs multiple linear regression and Likert scale, with tests for validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, F-test, and t-test. Results indicate that transformational leadership style and work environment partially have a significant negative impact on employees' intention to leave, while financial compensation has a significant positive influence. The F-test confirms that collectively, transformational leadership, financial compensation, and work environment significantly affect employees' intention to leave. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that transformational leadership style and work environment have a significant negative influence on employees' intention to leave, whereas financial compensation has a significant positive impact. Overall, independent variables, including transformational leadership style, financial compensation, and work environment, significantly influence the dependent variable, which is employees' intention to leave. This conclusion highlights the crucial role of these factors in understanding and managing employees' tendencies to leave their jobs. Therefore, in designing corporate strategies and policies, it is essential to consider these aspects to enhance employee retention and achieve organizational goals more effectively.
