Abstract
Indonesia was ranked 5th in the region with the highest coffee consumption in the world in 2021. Indonesia had a State-Owned Enterprise that had its own coffee plantation, namely PT. Perkebunan Nusantara 12, the coffee raw materials it owned were processed by its subsidiary, namely PT. Rolas Nusantara Mandiri. In supply chain management activities, there were still obstacles at PT. Rolas Nusantara Mandiri, as the inaccuracy of production plans would be detrimental to the company. Therefore, it was important to evaluate the performance of the company's supply chain management. The aim of the research was to identify supply chain management and analyze the supply chain management performance of PT. Rolas Nusantara Mandiri. This research used the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method, followed by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) weighting. A total of fifteen Key Performance Indicators (KPI) were generated based on five model indicators in processing, namely data plan, source, make, delivery, and return. With a final score for supply chain management performance level of 88.163, it was included in the good category. This value could still be improved to include it in the excellent category, namely >90. Therefore, it was necessary to identify indicators that had performance values that were not yet optimal, in order to make suggestions for improvement. These suggestions could be evaluated so that ultimately the performance of PT. Rolas Nusantara Mandiri's supply chain management could be increased.
