Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the suitability of Fulfillment of Workers'/Labourers' Rights by PT. X Surabaya Branch before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic period with employment laws and regulations, and also to understand the obstacles experienced by PT. X Surabaya Branch in Fulfilling Workers' Rights During the Covid-19 Pandemic Period, as well as knowing about the efforts to normalize the rights of workers/laborers by PT. X Surabaya Branch after the Covid-19 Pandemic. In this research, the author used the empirical juridical method with data and legal materials obtained from interview methods, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Descriptive Analysis Method. The research results based on the analysis and research carried out by the author show that before and during the Covid-19 pandemic period, in general, the fulfillment of worker/labor rights by PT. X Surabaya Branch is not running in accordance with existing laws and regulations. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the main obstacle to Fulfilling Workers'/Labourers' Rights was due to the decline in Financial Performance PT. X Surabaya Branch as a result of the domino effect in the business world during the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, as time went by, the obstacles felt by PT. X Surabaya Branch began to gradually improve and this then made PT. X Surabaya Branch strives to normalize the fulfillment of the rights of workers/laborers who were previously trimmed during Pandemi Covid-19, but unfortunately the normalization has not been successfully carried out by PT. X Branch of Surabaya, especially in the wage rights of workers/laborers who are not successfully normalized by their fulfillment by PT. X Surabaya Branch in accordance with the deadline set by PT. X Surabaya Branch.
