Abstract
Cigarettes are an industrial product in Indonesia that is still developing and has an increasingly wide reach. The first cigarette-producing city in Indonesia was Kudus City. The growing cigarette industry in Kudus City has earned this city the nickname Kretek City. Kudus City has a long history of the development of the cigarette industry. Considering that the history of the development of cigarettes in Kudus City has a deep meaning, it is necessary to tell this history in architectural form. Understanding the history of cigarettes for the general public will be easier to understand with good application to the design object. Therefore, in this design, a narrative approach was chosen to convey the history and concepts to be designed in the form of buildings and other elements.
