Abstract
PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) which operates in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) services and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. In regional division, PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk is divided into 7 large regions, one of which is the region in East Java which has Witel Sidoarjo connected to Datel Jombang Operation & Maintenance unit. Based on the large amount of data that is available, it will be very helpful if the existing data is analyzed and visualized to make it easier to read the data. Data analysis is an observation and processing activity based on data that has been collected using several methods and visualization is the expression of ideas or feelings using images, writing, maps, graphs, etc. so that they are presented in an attractive form and easy to understand by others with graphs or plots. Analysis and visualization will be closely related because data that has gone through the analysis process will be visualized as needed. Every work carried out in analysis and visualization starts with data collection, selecting and structuring the data according to the required categories before processing it into a data visualization chart. In carrying out analysis and visualization, several supporting tools are used to help compile and read data in the Operation & Maintenance Unit of PT. Telkom Indonesia Jombang Regency area has become more concise and efficient.
