Abstract
Lately, it has been discussed in the world of education, with the launch of the concept of independent learning by the minister of education and culture, Nadiem Makarim. in this case, it includes the concept of an independent learning campus. this concept is an effort to deal with the changing times. So what is the concept of an independent learning campus in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. and how the concept of an independent campus has been initiated by the Minister of Education and Culture, Mr. Nadiem Makarim, and what is the problem of today's students so that it requires a change in the concept of higher education for the better. Given in this case, the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is an era where technology is increasing, so in this case students from each university are expected to be ready to face challenges in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, with the concept of an independent campus they are directed to be more work-ready, work together, be creative and be able to benefit themselves and other communities.
