Abstract
This study aims to find out how the Phenomenon Hate Speech Displayed Through Social Experiment V-log (Video Blog) Youtube Gita Savitri Devi Entitled "The Hate You Give". This study used qualitative descriptive method of case study that is interview with Gita Savitri Devi owner of social experiment video "The Hate You Give" and 6 people who have participated in the video related to Hate Speech phenomenon according to social experiment video "The Hate You Give". To complete the answer above, the researchers conducted interviews with informants via email. The data is grouped into 3 categories of questions according to the type of informant, the main informant, subject and object. The results of this study show that Hate Speech in social media through social experiment video "The Hate You Give" is that the subject's assessment of objects is not the same as their perceptions before being reunited and when reunited, and vice versa. Hate speech arises when a person feels better about himself. Do not respect yourself, then do not know how to appreciate people. Lack of exposure to differences, so easily spoken about hate speech Keywords: Youtube, V-log, Social Experiment Video, Hate Speech.
