Abstract
"Koperasi Setia Bhakti Wanita is a cooperative institution that currently lacks computerized membership data recording and management, leading to difficulties in efficiently processing membership and loan data. Therefore, this thesis aims to design and build a web-based Cooperative Membership and Loan Information System. The research follows the Waterfall Model methodology to organize the stages of system development in a structured manner. The data collection method involves conducting interviews with informants to gather the necessary data regarding the system being developed. Subsequently, the design phase includes Document Flowchart, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Conceptual Data Model (CDM), Physical Data Model (PDM), and Interface Design. The actual system development process starts with implementing the database, coding using PHP and MySQL, and finally, conducting testing on the system. The system includes features such as new membership application submission, loan application submission, loan repayment, and membership data updates carried out by group supervisors. Additionally, it includes a verification or approval feature by cooperative employees and the ability for cooperative members to view the status and history of their loans and repayments. The system is tailored to meet the functional needs, ensuring that each process aligns with the business processes of Koperasi Setia Bhakti Wanita."
