Abstract
PT. Sinergi Informatika Semen Indonesia is engaged in Information And Communications Technology (ICT) and is a subsidiary of PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero). PT. Informatics Synergy Semen Indonesia as a growing company still has a number of problems, especially in the Support Division in the Information Technology sector, especially in the ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) section whose standardization is unknown. The purpose of implementing Field Work Practices is to determine the level of maturity level at PT. Semen Indonesia Informatics Synergy by using the ITIL V3 framework in the Service Operation domain. The results of the maturity level analysis at the Support Division of PT. Semen Indonesia Informatics Synergy uses the ITIL V3 Domain Service Operation benchmark with an average value of 2.99 which is at level 3 of a scale of 5. Where level 3 is defined, procedures have been standardized, documented, and communicated through training.
