Abstract
This research aimed to analyzed and examine the effect of employee perceptions on good corporate governance, organizational culture and internal control on fraud prevention. This research use a quantitative approach with using simple random sampling method. The population in this research were all employees PT X. Data collection techniques using questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research indicate that the employees perception of good corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention. The employees perception of organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention. The employees perception of Internal control have no influence effect on fraud prevention.
