Abstract
This study aims to analyze income and business feasibility at UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya to anticipate the business wheel's sustainability so as not to suffer losses or be inefficient and seek profits for business continuity. The analytical method used is cost analysis which consists of cost-income analysis, income analysis and business feasibility using the R/C Ratio, BEP, NPV and IRR approaches. The results showed that the production cost of UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya's coffee business in one month was Rp. 124,957,600, - with an income of Rp. 491,660,000 so that the B/C ratio is 2.93. In addition, based on a business feasibility analysis for the UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo coffee business, a BEP value for production of 776 kg was obtained which was feasible for cultivation with a BEP value of IDR 117,446,364. Analysis of the financial feasibility of UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya at NPV with a discount rate of 5% shows that UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya is feasible to develop because it obtained a positive NPV value of Rp. 4,135,748,320, - and an IRR value that is greater than the prevailing interest rate, namely 36% so that the business at UD Kopi Murni HS Benowo Surabaya earns high profits and is feasible to run.
