Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of viewers and subscribers on the income of Indonesian YouTubers. This research method is quantitative with data collection using documentation techniques and literature studies. The data used in this study are secondary data taken from the socialblade.com site in the form of total views, total subscribers, and total income of Indonesian YouTubers in the period 1 - 31 March 2023. The data is used to analyze 98 Indonesian YouTubers' incomes. The results of this study indicate that the audience (viewers) has a significant effect on the income of Indonesian YouTubers, but subscribers do not have a significant effect on the income of Indonesian YouTubers. From the results of the study, it is hoped that future researchers can add related variables and are also expected to increase the number of samples in order to obtain better and more accurate results.
