Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ethics, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jemursari Branch Office, Surabaya City. The type of research used by researchers is quantitative research. With the type and source of primary data. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 76 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of an online form, the data collection instrument used a Likert scale and the data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of this study are (1) ethics does not affect the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jemursari Branch Office, Surabaya City with a significance of 0.499 > 0.05, (2) work discipline has an effect on the performance of Bank BRI employees, Jemursari Surabaya Branch Office with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, (3) work environment has an effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Jemursari Branch Office, Surabaya City with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Keywords: Ethics, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance
