Abstract
ABSTRACT PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) is one of the SOEs that plays an important role in supporting the development of the national marine industry, based on the Circular Letter of the Minister of SOEs Number: SE-02 / MBU / 07/2019 concerning clean management of SOEs to implement the prevention of KKN and handling conflicts of interest as well as strengthening internal supervision. PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) implements a Good Corporate Governance system to avoid the practice of gratification by establishing a Gratification Control Unit that will look at the suitability in the management of the company to laws and regulations and sound corporate principles. included in the basic principles of GCG in the element of fairness. With the establishment of a task force for reporting irregularities and gratification control to realize good corporate governance at PT PAL Indonesia (Persero), gratification should be minimized within the scope of the company, however, in fact, according to the data mentioned above, there are still a number of individuals who receive gratuities, therefore this study aims to find out a review of Good Corporate Governance carried out in the implementation of duties at PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). The research method uses descriptive qualitative with observation, interview and documentation techniques with a focus on the five principles of GCG Jeklin (2016) Transparency, Accountability, Accountability, Independence and Fairness. The results showed the commitment and seriousness of PT PAL in efforts to control Gratification in accordance with the principles of GCG (Transparency, Accountability, Accountability, Independence and Fairness), Laws and Regulations and applicable guidelines towards a healthy corporation with assessment results that increased by 80.4% from the previous year.
