Abstract
Completed Saturday service is an innovative ball pick-up service from the Magetan Regency Population and Civil Registration Service for village communities on Saturdays until the service is complete. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the complete Saturday population administration service program which is an innovation to pick up the ball from the Magetan Regency Disdukcapil in an effort to improve service quality and accelerate population data. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Measurement of effectiveness uses Ripley's theory in (Purwanto & Sulistyastuti, 2015). Data collection by way of observation, interviews and documentation. Determination of informants with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of the Complete Saturday Population Administration Service Program is quite effective because it is in line with the goal of Complete Saturday services, namely bringing services closer and easier to the village community. In addition, it has supported the GISA (Indonesian Movement for Administration Awareness) program and an increase in the quality of administrative services. However, in the future it is necessary to carry out services in each village with the executor of the village itself because Disdukcapil services are limited in budget and executors.
