Abstract
Notification Management Application is an application system to facilitate the sending and receiving of notification messages. Sending notification messages is very much needed in sharing information for system and application users in the digital era, such as: messenger applications, m-banking applications, correspondence/employment applications, online shopping applications and so on. Although there are many applications that already provide a default notification message delivery feature, there are still many failures to receive notification messages caused by several things, such as; the user must open the application/login so that notification messages can be received, bugs occur in the system or application, and so on. Thus, the default notification message delivery feature of some applications is considered to be still not effective and efficient enough. Based on some of the problems that occurred above, then in this Field Work Practice program an application was made that aims to deal with notification message problems, and serves as a liaison between the notification sender application and the notification recipient. The types of notification delivery media provided are via email and telegram. The telegram delivery media will go through the Bot feature, where the method implemented is using the Application Programming Interface (API). The programming language used for making this application is using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) language. While the media for sending email will use the Email Forwarding method which will automatically send notification messages via email messages. For users who send a lot of notification messages, it is considered very efficient to send notification messages because there is a broadcast message feature and a choice of the type of delivery media that must be sent to the recipient, so that users will not be too late to find out the latest information. In making this application, it is hoped that users can get better, faster information, can improve accuracy and optimal time efficiency in sending notification messages based on various situations.
