Abstract

Both private and state-owned companies need information technology to be able to simplify every business process and information management precisely, quickly and accurately. Good use of information technology will provide added value to the company. PT. OMETRACO ARYA SAMANTA is one of the steel construction companies. By Division Company Marketing, filling in customer satisfaction measurements towards Purchases by consumers still use the manual method, by sending Questionnaire Customer satisfaction with products sold by the company directly to the consumer's place, so the process is time consuming. By therefore, a Customer Satisfaction Measurement System was built, making The system aims to make it easier for employees and save time. System it is designed using DFD and built using Language PHP programming along with HTML and database storage using MySQL. After a trial, the conclusion is that the resulting system has been can run well and help the process of filling out satisfaction surveys customers of PT. OMETRACO ARYA SAMANTA.
