Abstract
The use of technology and its development in the world of education helps in improving the quality of education. However, the gap in facilities in the use of technology between schools in Indonesia is still not evenly distributed. Coupled with the emergence of Covid-19 at that time, the quality of learning decreased because it could not be carried out effectively and efficiently. The development of technology called the Learning Management System is a solution that can help with learning problems. SMAN 1 Gedangan implemented the use of the Learning Management System during the Covid-19 pandemic. The platform used is the Google Classroom Application. However, the use of the platform continues today. With this in mind, the aim of this research is to explore what factors influence student behavior in using the Learning Management System. To find out these factors, the model in this study is to use UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of technology). The results of the respondents in this study were 279 students consisting of class XI and XII. Variable analysis was performed using the SEM-PLS technique and tested with the SmartPLS software, in which the analysis consisted from outer model test, inner model test and hypothesis test. The variables used are Performance1Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Behavioral Intention, and Use Behavior. Based on the results of the analysis obtained that factor Performance Expectancy, Efort Expectancy, Social Influence has a significant effect on Behavioral Intention. Apart from that, Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention also obtained significant results on Use Behavior. This research is expected to provide insight and benefits to understand the factors that influence the use of Learning Management System and also as a recommendation for evaluating learning methods SMAN 1 Gedangan.
