Abstract
ABSTRACT HEDY RAHMADIKA PUTRANANDA, 1541010097. COMMUNITY-BASED WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION (PAMSIMAS) IN SEGODOBANCANG VILLAGE, TARIK SUB-DISTRICT, SIDOARJO DISTRICT This paper aims to examine the implementation of the Pamsimas program in Segodobancang Village, Tarik District, Sidoarjo Regency. The choice of location was because Segodobancang Village was the most successful region in implementing the Pamsimas program. However, there are still various obstacles that hinder the program. To find out these objectives, this study uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Pamsimas program in Segodobancang Village was running normally and had succeeded in achieving the goal of being able to meet the clean water needs of Segodobancang Village residents so that Segodobancang Village residents could live healthier lives and reduce spending on clean water needs. The success factor of the program lies in the program implementers and compliance with the implementers' comprehension. Program implementers have carried out well, but compliance after the program is running can be a factor inhibiting program sustainability. Keywords: Implementation, Public Policy, Pamsimas Program
