Abstract
ABSTRACT xiv The central government gives autonomous rights to villages to carry out village entrepreneurship, one way is to establish Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa). Bluru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo Regency, established BUMDes "Blukid Jaya Makmur" which is expected to be able to strengthen village original income (PADes). From the results of PADes in 2019-2021 it is proven that one of the BUMDes Business Units "Blukid Jaya Makmur" namely the Village Market is able to make a good contribution. Over time, the BUMDes business unit "Blukid Jaya Makmur" is growing. This study aims to identify and describe the development of BUMDes "Blukid Jaya Makmur" in Bluru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The results of the study stated that the development of BUMDes "Blukid Jaya Makmur" in Bluru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo Regency had been carried out quite well. This can be proven by: 1) The Problem Solving Process has been able to solve the problems that exist in BUMDes and can find the right solution. 2) Through the Renewal Process, it has been committed to continuing to make updates, it is proven that currently the BUMDes "Blukid Jaya Makmur" has a legal entity and business unit development. 3) BUMDes Collaborative Management "Blukid Jaya Makmur" has carried out a collaborative process with several actors, such as PT. Sekawan Karya Cipta in developing the Village Market, as well as Bank Jatim and establishing good coordination with the Village Government of Bluru Kidul. 4) The culture in developing the BUMDes organization "Blukid Jaya Makmur" has shown that there is a culture of democratic leadership. So that in this case it has a good impact on organizational development. 5) The “Blukid Jaya Makmur” BUMDes Action Review has responded well to digital developments in the payment mechanism. This is evidenced by the collaborative efforts with Bank Jatim in the digital payment process. This is a form of action research carried out to continue to follow digitalization.
