Abstract

Technological developments are getting faster, making competition between industries even tighter, all companies are required to be superior in offering their products so as not to lag behind their competitors. One of them is an instant noodle company that is required to help meet current human needs that are instant, effective, and efficient. There needs to be consumer loyalty to bring long-term success to the company because these consumers will buy the company's products repeatedly. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image, price, product quality, and consumer tastes on consumer loyalty to bagged noodles on students of the Faculty of Agriculture, UPN "Veteran" East Java and analyze the most dominant independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Agriculture, UPN "Veteran" East Java, the sample used was 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that brand image, price, product quality, and consumer tastes had a simultaneous or partial effect on consumer loyalty to bagged noodles in the students of the Faculty of Agriculture, UPN "Veteran" East Java, and brand image was the independent variable that had the most dominant influence on loyalty consumer.
