Abstract
This research aimed to analyze the effectiveness of sugar auctions and the level of farmer satisfaction with sugar auctions of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI. The population in this study were all people who were directly involved in the sugar auction PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI . The sampling method uses the Slovin formula and the number of samples considered representative and reflects the characteristics of the population is 45 respondents with the help of a questionnaire. The results of the analysis based on the level of effectiveness using quantitative descriptive sugar auction PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI is classified as "quite effective". Based on the level of satisfaction attribute uses IPA, there are 3 attributes that are in quadrant I or top priority, namely the suitability of the time of the auction, the feasibility of the selling price, and the timeliness of payment. The level of satisfaction with attributes based on CSI of 59.42 % or on a scale scale shows " quite satisfied" . Simple linear regression test results obtained that the performance of the auction committee affect the effectiveness of the sugar auction PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI .
