Abstract

Oikio is a snack made from processed almonds produced by UD. Pawon Kue located in Surabaya. Oikio products are homemade products made directly by the owner, Mrs. Choirul Mahpuhduah who always maintains quality and hygiene. In 2014, Mrs. Choirul wanted to register a brand under the name Pawon Kue, the name before Oikio. However, the name was already used with the same type of business. Finally, she changed name Pawon Kue to Oikio. In a hurry, Mrs. Choirul made the new Oikio logo herself. However, the logo that has been created does not represent the meaning and character of Oikio as a snack product. Therefore, this design aims to increase awareness of Oikio, which has changed its name from Pawon Kue, by remaking the logo and its application media. This design uses the TOWS method which aims to take advantage of the strengths and opportunities (strengths and opportunities) of the Oikio brand from internally and to improve and find solutions to external threats and weaknesses.
