Abstract

This study aims to determine the ef ect of organizational culture, work environment, and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk. Pasuruan Branch. This study uses the independent variable (X), namely Organizational Culture (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) and the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance. The population is all of ice employees of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk. Pasuruan branch both male and female. The sampling technique used non probability sampling with a sample size of 60 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from this study show that the variables of organizational culture, work environment, and work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of employees of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk. Pasuruan Branch. Then partially only work discipline variables have a significant ef ect on employee performance.
