Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction and working environment on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Drying Andayani (2) the effect of work motivation on employee performance of PT. Pos Indonesia Drying Andayani (3) the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Drying Andayani (4) the effect of the working environment on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Jemur Andayani. This research method using quantitative methods. Population in penelitianini are employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Drying Andayani. The sampling technique using saturation sampling, which took the entire sample of 51 respondents. Technique data analysis and hypothesis testing is used multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, F test (simultaneous), T test (partial) were processed using SPSS 16 for windows. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis that simultaneously shows that the independent variable work motivation, job satisfaction and work environment has a significant effect on the dependent variable employee performance, evidenced by the value of F> Ftable is 30.178> 2.80. Partially indicate that work motivation variables have a significant influence on employee performance, evidenced by tcount3.462>ttabel 2.011. Job Satisfaction partially variable shows that have a significant influence on employee performance, evidenced by the values obtained t5448> ttabel 2011. Work Environment Variables partially also shown that having a significant influence on employee performance, evidenced by tcount2.424 > ttabel 2.011.
