Abstract
PT Wijaya Karya Beton Pasuruan requires a supply of aggregate materials characterized by high quality and reliable delivery to ensure smooth production operations. The company faces a challenge due to the absence of an objective evaluation system for identifying the best supplier. This study aims to evaluate aggregate supplier performance and determine the best supplier using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The SAW method is employed for criterion normalization and weighting, while TOPSIS is used to determine preference values and supplier rankings. Assessments are based on five criteria: quality, price, delivery, service responsiveness, and material availability. The results indicate that PT Batu Kali Welang (S4) achieved the highest preference score of 1, followed by PT Garuda Wahyu (S5) at 0.4676, PT Robiah (S1) at 0.4311, PT Sumber Gunung (S3) at 0.3104, and PT Anugrah Batu (S2) at 0.2315. Based on these findings, PT Batu Kali Welang is recommended as the best aggregate supplier, as it demonstrated superior performance in the evaluation conducted using the SAW and TOPSIS methods.
