Abstract
The subsidized fertilizer program is one of the government's strategic policies in an effort to increase agricultural productivity and support national food security. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Right Type, Right Amount, Right Place, Right Time, Right Quality and Right Price (6 Right) on the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution in Belahanrejo Village. The research period was from November 2025 to January 2026 in Belahanrejo Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency. The determination of the research location was carried out by purposive sampling (intentionally). The population in this investigation were all farmers who are members of farmer groups (Poktan) in Belahanrejo Village. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula, obtained a sample size of 84 respondents. Quantitative descriptive research analysis using a Likert scale, and Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The analysis results show that the Right Type, Right Amount, Right Place, Right Time, Right Quality, and Right Price variables influence the Distribution Effectiveness variable by 86.4%, and have a significant effect on the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution. The remaining 13.6% is influenced by other variables outside the study, such as administration, supervision, distribution conditions, distributor behavior, farmer data, or government policy factors. If these six aspects run well, then the distribution of subsidized fertilizer also tends to be effective. Keywords : Subsidized Fertilizer, Effectiveness, Farmer Groups, 6 Right, SEM - PLS.
