Abstract
PT Delta Sinergi Prima is a service company dedicated to providing business solutions through competency development training and management consulting. The company also offers IT development services, such as creating specific application projects required by client companies. PT Delta Sinergi Prima focuses primarily on management consulting and training. Information security involves protecting information against potential threats to ensure business continuity, minimize business risks, and accelerate or maximize return on investment and business opportunities. This context gave rise to the term Information Security Management System (ISMS)—derived from ISO/IEC 27002—which refers to a management system dedicated to information security. The most prominent ISMS standards are ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002, along with related standards jointly published by ISO and IEC. During the field internship program, students are directly involved in the work process and assist in resolving any issues that arise—such as during the preparation for ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for PT XYZ—including the creation of documentation ranging from Level 1 to Level 4 to serve as evidence of ISO 27001 implementation at PT XYZ.
