Abstract
This report discusses the development process of a web-based warehouse inventory management system conducted during the internship (Praktek Kerja Lapangan/PKL) at PT Tekno Konek Solusi. The system was designed to assist the company in efficiently and accurately managing incoming and outgoing inventory data in an integrated manner. The project was developed using the Laravel framework with a RESTful API architecture to support modularity and system integration. Key features include user authentication via Laravel Sanctum, inventory and transaction management, a statistics dashboard with data visualization using Chart.js, role-based user management (admin and user), and user activity logs. The development followed the MVC (Model-View-Controller) pattern, ensuring a clear separation between business logic, user interface, and data processing. System testing was carried out using Postman to validate API endpoints and through browser-based tests for frontend functionality. An Activity Monitor feature was also implemented exclusively for admins to track all user activities as part of an internal audit mechanism. Through this project, the author gained hands-on experience in software development workflows within an industrial environment and enhanced technical skills in designing and implementing web applications aligned with business needs. The resulting system is expected to serve as a foundation for broader and more integrated warehouse digitalization in the future
