Abstract

The Field Work Practice Program (PKL) is a form of implementation of experience based learning that aims to develop student competencies in the real world of work. In this activity, the author carried out PKL for one effective month as a Fullstack Web Developer at PT. Imersa Solusi Teknologi. This company is a startup engaged in the development of information systems, digital services, and technology consulting. During the PKL period, the author designed and built a web-based internship management system to support the digitalization process of managing internship participants. The system developed includes participant registration features, profile management, application submission, daily logbook, assignments, final reports, and certificates. The technologies used include Laravel as the backend and TailwindCSS as the frontend with a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern. This system is also equipped with security features such as input validation, middleware, and protection against XSS, CSRF, and SQL Injection. Through this activity, the author gained technical and collaborative experience, and built a real portfolio that is relevant to industry needs.
