Abstract
PT Telkom Akses Banjarmasin requires a system capable of efficiently monitoring Fiber to the Home (FTTH) customer growth and predicting the number of customers in future periods to support decision-making related to network capacity management. This study aims to develop a web-based monitoring system that applies the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) forecasting method using the FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking) approach and the Laravel framework. The system is designed to manage customer data based on Optical Line Terminal (OLT) devices, visualize periodic customer growth, forecast the number of customers for the next period, evaluate forecasting accuracy using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) metric, and generate reports in PDF format. The system was evaluated using historical customer data collected from five OLT devices in the Banjarmasin area between January 2021 and December 2025. The forecasting results produced MAPE values of 1.94% for OLT01, 2.34% for OLT02, 1.86% for OLT03, 2.04% for OLT04, and 1.75% for OLT05. Furthermore, Black Box Testing confirmed that all system functionalities operated according to the specified requirements, while User Acceptance Testing (UAT) produced an overall feasibility score of 86.1%, indicating that the system is suitable for implementation in the operational environment of PT Telkom Akses Banjarmasin.
