Abstract
The advancement of data technology has made a significant contribution to supporting strategic decision-making across various industries, including the landscape and horticulture sector. PT Rise Lanskap Hortikultura, through its Oke Garden brand, faces challenges in managing data to monitor business growth and operational efficiency. The proposed solution is the development of data-driven dashboards capable of presenting information in a visual, simple, and interactive manner. These dashboards support data-driven decision-making for marketing strategies, resource management, and business expansion planning. This internship program aimed to develop both growth and operational dashboards. The growth dashboard focuses on business trends, including garden construction orders, revenue, and profit margins, while the operational dashboard monitors operational performance, such as human resource allocation and the efficiency of garden construction processes. The development process involved data collection, data cleaning, data analysis, and data visualization using Looker Studio. The results revealed several important findings, including a significant increase in orders during certain months, market potential in specific regions, and insights into workforce efficiency. The implementation of this internship project provided tangible benefits to PT Rise Lanskap Hortikultura, including improved operational efficiency, increased productivity, and greater flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs. In addition, the internship enabled the student to gain practical experience in data analysis and data visualization. This project also highlights opportunities for further implementation of data technologies in similar industries. Overall, the project demonstrates that integrating modern data technologies through interactive dashboards can significantly enhance organizational performance and support strategic decision-making.
