Abstract
Violence against women and children remains a social issue requiring responsive public services to ensure the protection and fulfillment of victims' rights. Sidoarjo Regency developed the Violence Against Women and Children Complaint System (SIGAP KEPAK) as a digital-based service to facilitate the reporting of violence cases by the public. This study aims to analyze the responsiveness of the SIGAP KEPAK service in Sidoarjo Regency using the responsiveness theory proposed by Zeithaml, Parasuraman, and Berry (1998), which encompasses the ability to respond to the public, service speed, service accuracy, service precision, service timeliness, and the ability to address complaints. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results indicate that the SIGAP KEPAK service is generally responsive. Keywords: Violence, Public services, Service responsiveness, SIGAP KEPAK.
