Abstract
The development of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the fisheries subsector does not always go hand in hand with changes in the supporting production factors, thus creating uncertainty regarding the factors that significantly influence the economic performance of the subsector in Lamongan Regency; this study aims to analyze the influence of fisheries infrastructure, fish processing volume, and fisheries sector labor on GRDP of the fisheries subsector using an explanatory quantitative approach, secondary time series data for the period 2015-2024 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Lamongan Regency Fisheries Service, as well as multiple linear regression analysis methods with natural logarithm transformation accompanied by classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests; the results of the study indicate that partially only the volume of fish processing has a significant effect on GRDP of the fisheries subsector, while fisheries infrastructure and fisheries sector labor do not have a significant effect, but simultaneously all three variables have a significant effect; thus, it is concluded that processing activities as a form of downstreaming are the main factors influencing GRDP of the fisheries subsector, so that strengthening the processing sector and increasing the efficiency of production factors are needed to encourage economic growth of the fisheries subsector.
