Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of ESG Disclosure, Profitability, and Company Size on Firm Value in basic materials companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2022-2025 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling and analyzed using panel data regression using a Random Effects Model after data refinement processes such as outlier removal and Prais-Winsten transformation. The results indicate that partially, Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, while ESG Disclosure and Company Size do not. Simultaneously, the three independent variables do not show a significant effect on Firm Value, with their ability to explain variations in firm value being very limited. This study implies that basic materials companies need to improve Profitability as a primary strategy for increasing firm value and enhance the quality of substantive ESG implementation so that their disclosures provide a credible signal to investors.
