Abstract
Along with the development of technology, data acts as a tool to generate insights and support decision-making. In the Kediri District Government sector, data is the basis for planning, implementing, and evaluating policies to improve the quality of public services and regional development. To support optimal data utilization, the Government of Kediri District integrates data into an integrated ecosystem that enables faster and more efficient data access, processing, and analysis. Data that is scattered in various agencies in Kediri District is integrated into a command center, namely Dhahanapura Kadiri Command Center. In this internship, the author is given the responsibility as a Data Analyst to support the optimization of data management, data integration through Command Center and Pesona, and ensure valid, consistent, and standardized data. This activity involves collecting, verifying, and processing data so that the results can be used for decision making at the regional level through the Dhahanapura Kadiri Command Center. Various efforts are made to maximize data integration, ranging from socialization related to platforms, features, procedures for use to related agencies to checking the data that has been uploaded. In the process, the author was involved in planning, implementation, evaluation, and report preparation. The results of this project are expected to support better data management, increase information transparency, and provide valuable experience for interns. Through involvement in this project, the author contributes to the achievement of agency and development goals of Kediri District through an integrated data system.
