Abstract
This study aims to examine the impact of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on stock prices, as well as to analyze the role of dividend policy as a moderating variable. The focus is on health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2021 to 2024. A quantitative approach was employed using secondary data sourced from annual financial statements and stock price reports. Through purposive sampling, a sample of 16 companies was selected, yielding a total of 64 observations. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) facilitated by SPSS 26. The unique contribution of this research lies in testing dividend policy as a moderator in the relationship between fundamental factors and stock prices specifically within the health sector. The findings reveal that profitability significantly impacts stock prices, whereas liquidity and firm size show no influence. Furthermore, dividend policy does not function as a moderating variable in these relationships. The implications of this study suggest that investors should prioritize profitability when evaluating stocks in the health sector.
