Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Third Party Funds (TPF), consumer credit interest rates, and inflation on consumer credit distribution at state-owned banks in Indonesia for the period 2010-2024. Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, this study utilized annual time series data from Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority, and the Central Statistics Agency. The results indicate that Third Party Funds (TPF) have a positive and significant effect on consumer credit distribution (Sig. 0.000, coefficient 1.187), while consumer credit interest rates and inflation have a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, all three independent variables significantly influence consumer credit distribution, with an F-value of 228.935 and a significance level of 0.000. The R-Square value of 0.984 indicates that the independent variables are able to explain 98.4% of the variation in consumer credit distribution. In conclusion, Third Party Funds are the primary factor influencing consumer credit distribution at state-owned banks in Indonesia.
