Abstract
Cauliflower productivity is influenced by the appropriate application of plant growth regulators and fertilizers. This study aimed to determine the effect of gibberellin concentration and guano fertilizer dosage on the growth and yield of cauliflower. The experiment was conducted in Sedati Village, Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java, Indonesia, from December 2025 to March 2026. The study employed a factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two factors: gibberellin concentration as the first factor and guano fertilizer dosage as the second factor. Each factor consisted of four treatment levels with three replications. The results showed that the best treatment combination was obtained with 200 ppm of gibberellin and 60 grams of guano fertilizer per plant, producing the highest plant height (23.22 centimeters), curd height (13.03 centimeters), stem diameter (24.23 millimeters), and curd weight (524.78 grams per plant). This treatment has the potential to improve cauliflower growth and yield and may serve as an alternative to inorganic fertilizer in cauliflower cultivation.
