Abstract

Roads are essential transportation infrastructure that connect regions and support social and economic activities. In Kediri Regency, road damage is influenced by weather, traffic volume, and vehicle load, while limited maintenance budgets require objective prioritization of road repairs. Therefore, this study aims to prioritize road repairs in Kediri Regency using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires on the weighting of criteria and sub-criteria to respondents with experience and insight into the relevant subjects, such as the Kediri Regency Public Works and Highways Agency, to assess the importance of each criterion in determining road repair priorities. The weighting of each criterion and sub-criterion was analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP analysis results indicate that road maintenance has the highest weighting, at 0.730, followed by average daily traffic volume (ADR) at 0.190, and land use at 0.080. This ranking of criteria confirms that road maintenance is a primary factor in determining road repair priorities. The results of this study are expected to be used as consideration in planning a more effective and efficient road repair program Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner tentang pembobotan kriteria dan sub kriteria kepada responden yang memiliki pengalaman serta wawasan terhadap subjek terkait, seperti Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Bina Marga Kabupaten Kediri, guna memperoleh penilaian tingkat kepentingan setiap kriteria dalam penentuan prioritas perbaikan jalan.
