Abstract
Agroforestry farming is a farming business that combines several types of crops in one area. Agroforestry farming has a positive impact in several aspects that are directly felt by the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the income of rice and agroforestry farmers, internal and external factors of agroforestry farming, and appropriate development strategies for agroforestry farming in Sukoharjo Village. The research method used was interviews and observations conducted with village officials, farmers, managers of Sukoharjo BUMD, and agricultural extension workers. The analysis was carried out using farm income analysis, Internal Factor Analysis (IFE), External Factor Analysis (EFE), SWOT Analysis, and QSPM Analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis obtained that there are three alternative strategies: making agroforestry land for tourist destinations and camping, expanding market reach to local fruit shops in Kalitidu District, and increasing the frequency of training by agricultural extension workers for human resources in Sukoharjo Village. The priority development strategy is to increase the frequency of training by field agricultural extension workers for human resources in Sukoharjo Village, Kalitidu District, Bojonegoro Regency.
