Abstract
Belimbing Moyoketen Agrotourism still faces obstacles in the form of weak integration between business actors and suboptimal institutional support. These conditions can make it difficult for agrotourism to achieve sustainability. Sustainability is also determined by the extent to which the system can face various forms of risk. This research aims to identify the condition of business sustainability reviewed from 5 dimensions of sustainability, namely ecology, economy, social, institutional, and infrastructure, analyzing the most influential assessment attributes, analyzing the level of risk, and formulate recommendations. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique for business actors, the surrounding community, and the village government, as well as accidental sampling technique for tourists with a total of 47 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, MDS Rap-Tourism, Godfrey risk analysis, and Flanagan & Norman risk mitigation. The results showed that the ecological dimension was in a good condition, while the economic dimension was considered sufficiently supportive of sustainability but still required strengthening in business development and increasing economic value. The social, institutional, and infrastructure dimensions still faced various constraints and therefore required greater attention. Multidimensionally, Belimbing Moyoketen Agrotourism was categorized as moderately sustainable with an index value of 51,26%. The risk analysis indicated that several sensitive attributes were at moderate to extreme risk levels, particularly in the social, institutional, and infrastructure dimensions. Efforts to improve sustainability were carried out through institutional strengthening, improving communication, coordination, and community participation, infrastructure development, as well as integrated risk management.
